Vintage Pale Blue Gummed Labels | Old Paper Ephemera

A wonderful roll of unused vintage gummed paper labels, in the loveliest faded powder blue.

Simple, useful and beautifully old, these original labels are perfect for anyone who loves working with genuine vintage paper.

Each label has a pale blue face with a narrow cream border and a traditional gummed paper reverse. They remain joined together in a continuous roll and can simply be cut or separated individually as required.

Use them for handwritten labels, old-fashioned parcel and gift wrapping, journals, collage, scrapbooking, specimen labels, apothecary-style projects, altered books or simply tucked away in a collection of beautiful old stationery.

The blue has that particularly lovely muted quality that is very difficult to reproduce with new paper, and the occasional little mark and variation only adds to their character.
Please note: these are genuine vintage unused stock and have been stored for many years. There are occasional age-related marks, small scuffs and variations across the roll, as shown in the photographs. I have not tested the original gum and therefore cannot guarantee that it will still adhere when moistened. They can easily be attached using your preferred paper adhesive if required.
