Shipping
Soft Alchemy is a trading name of Tanya Joseph, sole trader.
Dispatch orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by item size and service.
Estimated delivery is 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during busy periods.
Tracking information is sent by email when available.
We pack carefully using recycled materials where possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges are accepted on new, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
All returns must be sent by mail to the address below.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
