Soft Alchemy is a trading name of Tanya Joseph, sole trader. Prices are shown in GBP. Checkout is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal, and your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery estimates are listed on the Shipping & Returns Policy page. Delays can occur during busy periods or due to carrier issues.

You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please see the Shipping & Returns Policy page for how to start a return, who pays return postage, and any exclusions.

If a pricing or stock error occurs, we may cancel and refund the order. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
